Yes , but the CEO is responsible. CXO is just one of many companies that are corrupt to the core (pardon the pun) . ASIC are a toothless tiger . GM knew all along , as well as the BOD . Do they care about retail SH???. No they couldn’t give a damn. Get paid a lot ,yet have Zero conscience.
