What a f disgrace. This share has been shorted for months - clearly people (apart from your average shareholder) have been in the know. If there were to be a capital raising it should have been done 6 months ago (given the price of Lithium at that time and that it is clear nothing is kept confidential in this company). And given the amount of cash the company has are there no alternatives to a capital raising e.g. borrowing, merger, can't we just do a deal with PLS). The company management is incompetent - not only the CEO but the board of management (why are we paying these clowns sitting fees to provide oversight and direction).
