This CR has taken all retail shareholders by surprise. As we have not been advised of the details, it would be premature to make any comments. It would be interesting to determine the amount to be raised, price, purpose of CR and if it is only for institutions to subscribe to.
Come Friday we will have all the answers and will know if retail shareholders have been screwed or the CR is the best option for the company to progress.
