I'd be happy with less. In fact I suggest PLS be approached to offer a script and cash offer (=to $1) and I would be happy. At least we would have competent management and still maintain an interest in what are good assets. With a script and cash offer it would cost PLS well under a billion dollars which they have easily in spare cash.
