A CR doesnt bother me when the reasons and terms make sense, I bought into PLS REO in December 2020 for 36c. Problem so far is management have been wobbly in their communication.
$150m is decent but the reality is the margin is not there right now, if we can raise cash to bolster operations and get to positive cashflow years earlier, I'll take it.
