I've also emailed QPM Management to express my extreme displeasure at the planned SPP. I think every holder here should do the same.

I don't think we'll get any direct answers, but I do hope that if enough shareholders keep QPM Management accountable, we might at least get a better explanation for their actions in the ASX release next week. I have noticed a recent trend in other small cap companies providing greater commentary and reasoning, when shareholders are more vocal.

I hate to think how much we're paying the placement manager for the privilege of this deal !
