    Well I sure am glad I got only 200k left out my original 2m shares.
    This had 300m SOI when I first got in and it will be over 2bn fully diluted once this raise is done.
    And that's before any part of the development funding done by equity.

    Project and NPV got bigger, but IRR went down a lot despite Nickel price going through the roof compared to 2019, which is a bummer considering how interesting the TECH project is technically and environmentally.
