18 days ago QPM released the Qtrly activities/Cash Flow Report with no mention of the need for a CR (Refer points 8.8.1 and 8.8.2 in the report).Particularly point 8.8.2 states "Has the entity taken any steps, OR DOES IT PROPOSE TO TAKE ANY STEPS, to raise further cash to fund it's operations and, if so, what are those steps and how likely does it believe that they will be successful?" Why wasn't the intention for a capital raise included in the report? Was management not forward looking enough to anticipate the need for a capital raise in 18 days time or was it deliberately omitted from the report to deceive share holders?
