Super disappointed with this announcement, but I can understand the need to raise 10mil to keep operation activities going.
I for one have consider QPM a lost cause at this stage and will just put this in the back drawer to lock a future capital loss. Management need to sort out DFS and funding, not delays after delays after delays.
The story and prospect is great but execution has been subpar. 2024 will be the year where QPM will be a turd, or be a shining star, sadly I am leaning it to be a turd at this stage.
