exactly, also options are exercisable in 3 years' time so no selling is expected here either. I was told the management will participate.
getting SMT onboard is important, but the timing and share price are disappointing. however, if one believes that the sp will be >15c in 3 years time, then participating in SPP is a no-brainer really.
