It was always said that no additional procurement of money was required. now that? Who gets the shares or what happens to the money or is it just a money raising activity?

At Parkway we value the support of all our shareholders. The company has not raised any capital since January 2021, a time when the company was a lot smaller and earlier in its growth journey.

As a small but fast-growing company, the company needs to continue to invest in growing the team, plant & equipment (to support in house testing and fabrication capabilities) and various growth related initiatives. These initiatives require capital, which explains why the company has decided to raise capital at this time.

if we don’t get more than that in the announcement that comes with the CR then I expect we will be looking at 0.9c again in the not to distant future. The P&D crowd are looking like they might be right. With no project specific opex tied to this raise then the only hope I have left is for the significant portion of the raise to come from a big industry insider and not just some investment house. Fool me once, shame on you, fool, me twice, well I won’t be hanging around to find out. Trust is the most important currency in investing and my pwn wallet is feeling lighter. Will hold off on actual judgement until the announcement, today I’m hoping.
