Show me the ASX cover statements. If that says "at the request of 4DS" then that's all that matters. that is the ASX saying it was 4DS who initiated it.

the only reason ASX would intervene is for a non compliance. Their control is speeding tickets - hence they ask the question (effectively) "is there something the market should know to explain the change in SP"...

the implications of what you're saying is that for all of these TH, the ASX knew the announcement before anyone (and before it was written) and then ASX asked 4DS to go into TH... that is simply not how it works
