Looks like my plan to derisk in Sep is out the window. You just never know when these TH's can happen, as others have posted.

Agree ann wording seems positive. It would be strange to use the word "guarantee" for bad results. I would only use that term if I was about to deliver on something achieved, you'd want to be absolutely certain before telling the world something works, or how well it works.

Funny reading the ongoing comments about the lunch pic. One thing I will say, of the projects I've been involved with, the only times I can remember get-togethers and pics are when we just landed contracts or celebrating successes. Guess how many pics were taken when things went bad. Speculation nonetheless, my take is pure gleam from the team.

Trying my best not to cringe these next couple of days, although expecting a longer suspension here. GLA, may this be a turning point in the right direction.
