Might as well throw my guess in the ring.

I don't think 4DS shares will trade again for a long while. I'd say compiling results and a TH means they plan to share the results with someone. If it was just 6-7 4DS workers who were testing the chip and compiling results internally; no need for a halt. We know 4DS can keep a secret within their walls and the employees can't trade on insider info.

But if you're compiling results to send to multiple external parties? WAAAAY more chance of a leak and insider trading if someone mentions it at the water cooler on a Friday arvo...

I see a TH, voluntary suspension and then a long wait before we get a few takeover offers. Once the offers are announced, we go back to trading (at some big gap up to say $0.70) and then this time next year we're all happy as can be.
