Mining concessions
Before commencing extraction activities, the holder of the mining concession must obtain
(1) an environmental licence
2) a licence to use and exploit the land (DUAT), as well as (3) the approval of a resettlement and compensation plan for the communities affected by the mining activities.
A darn long way to go to get to mining stage. Years probably.
