just for clarity, and correcting myself above, the BFS was ungeared, so, if I understand correctly, is on an equity only basis. Not undiluted as I said above. But the issue I'm uncertain about remains the same. If it's all debt, great. If there is a heap of equity coming in and potential change of control, I'm not sure where that would leave minority holders.
