Same terms. Difference being that sophs will be able to rock up and buy 500K if they want and will be on market before the retail plebs. Where as retail will be offered bricks at increments, likely 5, 10 and 15k respectively and there will be a week or two before shares hit the registry.
my thinking is this is a olive branch from bruce as SPP's are expensive, slow and a pain in the arse for the company folk....
