don't think anyone would want to take all the debt on that these muppets have managed to accumulate, any actual assets they have left are more or less worthless. imangine taking out a load of debt to buy a company for $17mil and then sell it less than 12 months later for just over $0.5mil, what a great bunch of skilled executives these lot are (not)
