Good points but I strongly disagree with your number 2. If they at one point took a drill from us to do something completed unrelated to MAY, then having a preference of us drilling a production well instead of an appraisal well isn’t an extreme.
And in regards to scaring off foreign investment, I guarantee nobody outside of actual MAY holders would even be aware of them taking the drill for their own requirements. Their country and their people is a lot more important to them than a small cap exploration company in Australia (hence the 6 month delay in drilling this well)
It is a corrupt, poor, communist country, and this was always the biggest remaining risk once oil was proven to exist.
Either way we will find out soon and I hope I’m wrong.
