Im not talking about them literally forcing MAY to drill production wells for them, but rather if they don’t want more appraisal wells done at the cost of producing oil for its people in the short term, it can simply say no to A3, like it did to A2 at the start of the year.
They don’t even need a to provide us reason if they don’t wish to. It would then be a choice between MAY sitting on their hands doing nothing or becoming a producer (which is why I say they would be ‘forced’ to drill the production wells, as it’s the only viable option left in that scenario)
