As an eternal optimist and EXR zealot, I'd agree.
Could be a Flannery, TriStar, or a St Baker et al placement (maybe even one of them Billionaires Next Investor has tagged a few times in their scribblings) off the back of Grandis.....doubling up in the Taroom Trough given OMA investments to date.
With an opportunity for us plebs to jump in for some more as well.
