A long while since I looked at it, but I think it had to do with progress completion or some such sent by Primero to Wartsila that was faxed when it should have been emailed- or the other way around- and then a court/tribunal found for Wartsila on the letter of the contract/law.
This could be a good result for holders. Perhaps opens old wounds for Primero ex-holders- who almost went broke and then got picked up cheap by NRW.
I may have to wait a while yet for NWH to be less fully priced so that I can get back in. This stock has been good for me. Very well run.
And the posters here are usually better than you might find elsewhere.
