I just saw Wartsila has a US headquarters in Houston, Texasx https://www.wartsila.com/usa
which is about 20 minutes drive due North of Primero’s Houston base.
Given Wartsila’s profile and experience as a ‘go to provider’ for energy plants and the number of opportunities Jules said were opening for Primero in the US it may be politic for NRW to close the door on past disputes in favour of preferred partnerships in the future?
Plus a settlement tidies up this long-standing loose end!
