If the JV with FQM at Money does change from a big IF to something realistic and economically good to great, from a DRE shareholder point of view, the value for us would be how much FQM and DRE would price the remaining 20%
to 30% available to them under the current JV deal.

Also, would DRE only let go of 20% and retain a revenue stream for other projects.

just musing as this is a multi year thing, not a quick win for us (except for share price movements) and a reminder that we really only have control of 30% of the JV. Punters may not reflect on this, but the market will.

(also, FQM is somewhat protected from bigger fish under the Canadian 50% ownership rule)
