Its fairly illiquid as we know. At least, a few more people are aware of the stock. Those who participated in the CR. Now how do they intend to flip their scrip ? Because lets say its at a discount etc, the issue is that the depth is so thin, that who is going to absorb their scrip ? So, maybe they need to promote it, get some news event for them to sell into. Or maybe its strategic placement and sticky hands. We will have to wait for details.
At the end of the day, the price is so discounted from its forward earnings potential, because it is orphaned. At 9c, 5c ? whatever... the value of a new mode of action to the incumbent synergies to protect their patents is worth whatever protecting their bottom line is worth. Billions.
Its like handing the keys of a ferrari to a bunch of monkeys, and they use them to scratch each other, before throwing them at a wild leapard, lion, etc. Fully disconnected the value of the keys to the car. Or what a car is. The sp at this point, is just in the float of the hands of monkeys. And they raise money, from issuing more peanuts.
