My 2 cents on the TH situation:
AW1 has received exploration results that they seem to be material ie. have a substantial impact on the share price / trading activity on market. AW1 can not legally disclose these results to BAY without making an announcement on market. Therefore, BAY has no objective basis to halt trading prior to receiving the same results through the ASX.
BAY’s trading activity was very positive last night however, this would have been based on anticipation due to the AW1 TH.
I won’t speculate about the forthcoming announcement beyond saying that the balance of probabilities is in well in our favour.
