    At first sight looks just like a formality that won't change anything for the business but:

    Neither the auditor nor Spenda were applying the rules. Board members trading stuff up 1-2 years ago, that auditing not complying with rules, who knows what type of irregularities will come up next?

    Definitely verbal ammunition for Li and Extreme.
