The news are unfortunate. However, it's still good risk-reward ratio here taking in account pending arbitrage award. There is a high chance that we will know the decision in September-October. I believe that ~$45m award will push the SP considerably. It's very likely that the arbitrage decision will be in our favor considering there was no counterclaim from the respondents.
