it is a bit of a kick in the teeth, another cr and a cr that was pretty easy to forecast hence we got sold off and they are now issueing shares at 2.3c
I had some small correspondence with the broker and Brian is going in for $230k, and it sounds like the company is pretty confident on 1 part of the arbitration which is $10m usd, the other $20m usd component of the arbitration is more up in the air although of course the lawyers are still saying their confident
if we can get atleast $10m usd out of the decision, then we could be back on track nicely, also the decision is expected in November which is slightly longer than I first thought
