Agreed. No buyback can happen while all the cash is held in the JV.
I think that if Talleys is out of the picture BRL will have 50% higher EBITDA and access to all the cash.
I don’t see downside as BRL can’t get its hands on the cash at the moment. I think people miss this point when wondering why the SP is undervalued.
