Sounds to me like you're suggesting that the right hand wasn't talking to the left hand?
They're running a publicly listed COMPANY. They (ie, the CEO and The Board) know exactly what they're doing.
This isn't year 11 economics class. Still a great (and smart) time to Cap Raise as I've previously noted. But seriously, the old "oversight & late lodgement" argument is just plain bullshit. If retail investors are querying it, then don't you think that the company CEO would've considered his "timely" sell.
I love the company, but c'mon...
