Currently, it's a 5% premium but if you sell the consideration is that you will have to realise profit's on your previous holdings which could be significant.

As I am young and in a lower tax bracket currently I am quite open to realising profit's through recycling shares as it's better to take the tax burden now at a lower rate instead of holding until the burden is significantly higher.

Finally, there are a lot better opportunities currently in the market than AD8 at the moment. For example, RMD has been whacked to $21.5, there could be a lot better value there in the short to medium term than AD8 a $13.
