I can only assume from what seems to have been released to date a new investor is going to come in and take a % of equity in return for cash. Sounds like they mentioned a cornerstone investor previously when discussing possible cr and any cornerstone investor would have to be supplying a big % of funds required and taking a substantial holder position although maybe not 5 %, with smaller amount for spp?
