I'm not sure about that.
A key risk of a startups is running out of money prior to cashflow. Although this will result in a haircut for existing shareholders, Recce have done well to keep the number of shares low. As Andrew pointed out - the CR has been known but the market for some time so should be built into the SP.
Personally, if we can get enough cash to tie us over until we have PhII clinical data I'm happy.
