."Material Equity Capital Raise" that seems like unusual wording? Usually just "capital raise". Any suggestions what the difference is??

What is an equity capital raise? Equity capital raising is the exchange of a percentage of business ownership in return for cash or funds
I guess it just means someone will get equity in the business as a substantial holder which is normal?
