At 30 June 2023, Recce had over $3 million in debt, by the time the Capital Raise is concluded this will be over $4 million.
Therefore most of any cash raised will be used to repay debt. Virtually nothing left for any new trial expenditure!
Looks to me like Recce is f#$%ked!!!
