ATA need at least 90% of the CNW shares for a takeover following the bid. Carlos from Micro Equities Management now have over 11%. They must be the buys at 5.5 and/or 5.6 cents. And of course could be another player wanting >10%. Will this lead to a better deal for everyone? The information delivered soon after the ending of the trading halt hopefully will be positive for shareholders. I can't wait. I have no nails left!! I await with bated breath.....fingers crossed and legs ( don't fall over) etc.
