Human nature always stay the same. Greed is good. I saw exactly the same thing at DEG back when they were trading about 15c. DEG did a raise, then DGO came on board and they did a second raise within circa a couple of months(3-4?). At the time there wasn’t a desperate need for the second raise and I couldn’t work out why.

I suspect they’re positioning. The quick succession of buying prior was to allow them to leverage that to the 1 to 5 raise. Lo and behold they’ve all taken full entitlement. Have you ever seen a board of directors go so hard at a stock. Inclusive of the raise(and noting that Metals X is included in those numbers) – @ 30m MC, they’ve bought 13ish % of the company in the couple of months.
