    The loss of DSO and unforeseen tax implications are already factored into the price IMO.

    Anything regarding those two items won't impact us too much if it's negative or neutral (on-going discussions) IMO. Positive will probably see a gradual SP increase (don't expect a 50% jump, let along 100%).

    Hoping it's not FFX and doubtful it is, they should be talking to FFX, not LLL.
