@JSB007 I received a response from the Company on Monday. Simon reviewed the transcript of our conversation (3 pages) and made some revisions. However, I also received the below follow-up, which makes me hesitant to share any information. I hope you can understand my reasons for not disclosing what we discussed. My preference is to maintain positive relationships and keep this line of communication open.

Instead, I would encourage those with sensible questions to reach out to the company directly. I have found Simon to be very transparent and candid in his responses when faced with tough and challenging questions. He has been exceptionally generous with his time, more so than I would expect from someone in his position.

@pastperformer My notes were captured in a transcript format rather than general summary. They said I could use more general terms (i.e. my own words or summary), but I'd rather not risk that. If you aren't happy, then feel free to call up the company directly for your own personal chat. I suspect you won't though as you've described yourself as a non-holder
