In the last correspondence from the Govt, in the asx aware reply, they said the company received the translated version at 5am Perth time

I'd assume a similar time for this latest correspondence, Simon has probably just woken up and needs a bit of time to read, understand and put out a reply to the market.

Remember all TH's are for 2 days, so even if he only needs a few hours once he's in the office to write up an announcement, they'd still request a TH, especially as the asx made such a big thing last time with the times the correspondence was received - which was a nothing.
