The sudden media interview just after trading halt may indicate the communications with Mali Gov are not very smooth. Leo/Ganfeng are trying to use media to influence Mali Gov. Mali is a "democratic" country and Mali Gov needs to listen the voice from its people. We may find out tomorrow.
