IMHO, if it was good, they would release it straight away - there is no need to hold back the content of the letter if it was good.
Obviously, this letter is Not good news, so the company (JV) needed to hold meetings and consult with their lawyers.
And lawyers are going to need a few more days to review and provide advice.
So I suspect we will go into a suspension.
