If the numbers provided here are true with a raise of 23M at 5.2c and only 3M as a SSP I can't say I am a fan. Looks like the SPP is just a means to give retail the impression they also benefit while the vast majority of very cheap shares (and do they also come with an option? If so it's really bad!) go to insto's.

I can understand U juniors are worried about getting enough cash given the wild and at times brutal ride we have had the last 2 years...But it's clear most of the recent U spot price move was genuine...It is also clear U stocks have underperformed the U spot price recently with Juniors really underperforming.

And with $18M in the bank I don't see the rush. Hard to see the U stocks going down over a period of say one year with serious potential to go much higher.

Does feel like retail is getting worked over. Not liking the timing nor the setup of this raise which doesn't look like it is in the best interest of retail holders.

Disappointing from AGE!
