The timing is one thing...But the pricing (at a huge discount with possibly options on top of that) and it going to instos is what stings most.
If they had a call from some big institution wanting in and willing to pay a premium I would have been all for it. But in the current U market and with teh future setup, there should be no need for such a discount. Either AGE management is misreading the current market, or they just don't care much for retail and this suites their bonusses.
The structure of this raise is not to my liking.
