Just a hit out to the long term faithfuls here.. im trying to figure out why the company is doing a cap raise now and not in 6-8 weeks time.. whats the rush?.
I have come up with 3 reasons, if they are valid is to be seen..

A) Cap raise during ETF rebalancing
B) There is actually an aquisition on the table but can not be announced prior funding passed through and deal made
C) Getting investors on board prior to news flow at a good discount in a hot sector will seem like a bargain. last cap raise they did 2 years ago followed by a share price climb to over 10c.. didnt see much dumping on market to stall the price. ( one step back to step forward) .

Can not think of any other reason.. they have 2 yrs of cash left ( 8 quarters ) .. even if it was 4, one would think best to let share price consolidate at current levels and ask for a higher price for cap raise...
