Given that AGE is a near term developer with a large recoverable resource in one of the safest mining jurisdiction in the world. I think that the CR/ placement will be to a Insto/large investor that hasn't had a chance to build a large position with the U price moving up so quickly. No one like dilution but this leaves AGE with $40m+ to progress the project in a environment with the U price looking to move much higher - @ $30/Lb to get it out of the ground, it looks pretty attractive.
