Not everyone, as we know they had so many quarters left apparently and didn't need money. No where near enough $$$$$ for drilling. I believe drilling is highly likely to be next year. No where near ready for drilling as they said in may .and referenced that date a few time since
Hopefully they will reissue options to all options holders (free). At least do that
