This is a good point. Compare what TOR did recently. It announced a lithium acquisition and its price went to 30c yet it still went ahead and did a CR at 12c to sophs! Why? Because the BODs didn't have skin in the game! And guess what? Yes those very TOR directors participated in the 12c CR for $170k! Obviously not taking care of their retail shareholders or those outside the inner sanctum, preferring to line their own pockets!
