This time the market has to go a bit 'less textbook' that if there's a capital raising at X price, you've apparently got to clear down there no matter what they're acquiring no matter how much new cash is to burn putting off the next CR or what not, and derp around there at X price, because the big thick Wiley Finance textbook said so.
